Standard for construction and acceptance of boiler installation engineering
1 General provisions
1.0.1 This standard is developed in order to improve the construction level of boiler installation engineering, promote technical progress, ensure engineering quality and safety, and improve economic benefit.
1.0.2 This standard is applicable to the construction and acceptance of installation engineering of fixed steam boilers with rated working pressure less than or equal to 3.82 MPa, fixed hot water boilers with rated effluent pressure greater than 0.1 MPa and organic heat transfer material heater for industrial, civil and district heating. It is not applicable to the construction and acceptance of installation engineering of cast iron boilers, transportation vehicles and marine boilers, nuclear energy boilers, and power station boilers.
1.0.3 Boilers that have not gone through the engineering acceptance procedures are strictly forbidden for use.
1.0.4 Before and during the installation of the boiler, when quality problem affecting the safe use of the pressurized parts is found, the installation must be stopped and the problem must be reported to the development unit.
1.0.5 In addition to this standard, construction and acceptance of boiler installation engineering shall also comply with those stipulated in the current relevant standards of the nation.
2 Foundation retest and setting-out
2.0.1 Before the boiler and its auxiliary equipment are put into place, their foundation positions and dimensions are to be retested as specified in Table 2.0.1.
Table 2.0.1 Permissible deviation in foundation position and dimension of boilers and their auxiliary equipment (mm)
2.0.2 Before the boil is installed, the longitudinal and transverse installation reference lines and elevation reference points shall be delineated.
2.0.3 The boil foundation setting-out shall meet the following requirements:
1 Longitudinal and transverse centerlines shall be perpendicular to each other;
2 The permissible deviation of the distance between the positioning centerlines of the corresponding two columns shall be ±2 mm;
3 The difference between the two diagonal lengths of the positioning center of the symmetrical four columns in each group shall not be greater than 5 mm.
3 Steel racks
3.0.1 Before the steel racks are installed, the number of components shall be counted according to the construction drawing, and the length and straightness of the main components such as columns, beams, and racks shall be retested as specified in Table 3.0.1.
Table 3.0.1 Permissible deviations in length and straightness of main members of steel racks (mm)
Note: The frames include guard frames, top guard frames, or other rectangular frames.
3.0.2 When the steel racks are installed,1 m elevation line should be determined and drawn on the column according to the elevation of the bracket and chapiter on the column. To align with the column, a 1 m elevation line on each column shall be measured according to the elevation reference line on the running floor of the boiler room. The 1 m elevation line on the column shall be used as the reference elevation when installing the components and members of the boiler for inspection.
3.0.3 The permissible deviation of steel rack installation and its pest position shall be as specified in Table 3.0.3.
