3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions specified in GB/T 2900.48 and GB/T 16507.1 and the following apply.
3.1
commissioning
adjustment, setting and a series of tests specified in the design and equipment technical documents to which the boilers, related equipment and systems are subjected after installation
Note: Commissioning is short for adjustment and test.
3.2
commissioning of individual equipment and system
dynamic inspection and testing on a single device or system
3.3
start up and commissioning
start up and commissioning of whole set of turbine and boiler equipment combined with electrical and thermal automation jointly participated by commissioning, production and construction units on the basis of completing the commissioning of individual equipment and system
4 Basic requirements
4.1 Boiler installation position and buildings shall meet the relevant provisions of GB 50016 and GB 50041 and the requirements of the design drawings. A safe distance shall be kept between the installation position of pipes within the boiler range and the crowded places (such as control room and duty room). When the requirement of safe distance cannot be met, necessary explosion-proof and isolation measures shall be taken for the buildings.
