1.0.1 So as to coordinate the development of modernization town information communication network to digitalization direction and specify the integrated network construction of the voice, data, image and multimedia business of building and campus, the code is worked out. 1.0.2 The code is suitable for newly-built, extended and rebuilt construction and campus integrative wiring system engineering design. 1.0.3 The integrative wiring system facility and pipeline construction should bring under relevant planning and design for construction and campus. In the engineering design, it should be designed according to engineering project property, function, environmental condition and short-term and long-term user requirement, and the construction and maintenance convenience should be taken into consideration, ensuring quality and security of integrative wiring system engineering as well as achieving state-of-art technology and economic feasibility. 1.0.4 The integrative wiring system should be planned and coordinated together with information facility system, informatization application System, public safety system, building equipment management system, and the design should be optimized according to various system information transmission requirement. 1.0.5 As the public communication self-contained facilities of the building, the integrative wiring system should satisfy demand of providing business for many telecommunication service operators. 1.0.6 The integrative wiring system equipment should adopt the approved products which are ratified by state approved production quality test organization and conformed to related technical standards. 1.0.7 Besides this Code, the integrative wiring system also should conform to prescription of state current related standards.
