1 Application Scope
This standard specifies the field quantity limits in electric, magnetic and electromagnetic fields (1Hz~300GHz) for controlling public exposure in electromagnetic environment, the assessment methods as well as the exemption scope of relevant facilities (equipment).
It is applicable to control the assessment and management of public exposure in electromagnetic environment.
It is neither applicable to control the assessment and management of exposure for patients or accompanying personnel for the purpose of treatment or diagnosis; nor control the assessment and management of user exposure to the wireless communication device, household appliances and the like; it cannot be regarded as the product quality requirements for facilities (equipment) that generate electric, magnetic and electromagnetic fields.
