Inspection item Requirement Item classification Basic General 1 Moisture content of wood Wood shall be subjected to drying treatment and the moisture content of wood shall range from 8% to the annual average equilibrium moisture content in wood at the product location plus +1%. For the annual average equilibrium moisture content of wood throughout China, GB/T 3324 applies √ 2 Door glass Tempered glass should be used as the door glass. Safety performance and size shall meet the requirements specified in GB 28008-2011, 5.1.3. √ 5.2 Appearance Appearance requirements shall meet those specified in Table 2. After repair, there shall be no more than 4 defects on outer surface and no more than 6 defects on inner surface (unless otherwise specified in the design). √ — 7 Other minor material defect Crack (except the through crack), wane, etc. shall be repaired and processed — √ 8 Woodwork requirements The position of board or part to contact human body or store article shall be free from burr, cutting edge or sharp edges. √ — 9 Woodwork requirements Installation of fittings and connecting pieces shall be free from missing, leakage and penetration (except for reserved hole and selected hole). √ — 10 The joints for tenon, plug angle, parts, etc. shall not be ruptured √ — 11 Engraved pattern shall be uniform, distinct and well arranged. Symmetrical parts shall be symmetrical. Concave-convex part, deep excavation, gap bridge, pointedness and arc positions shall be free of missed corners. The spaded bottom shall be flat and smooth. All the positions shall be free from hammered mark and burr.
