1 Scope
This standard specifies the special safety requirements for M -hybrid electric vehicles (see definitions in GB/T 19596 for the hybrid electric vehicles).
This standard is applicable to the M-hybrid electric vehicles (as specified in GB 156-1993) of which the on-board circuit is less than 660V (AC) or 1000V (DC) in the maximum operating voltage. The hybrid electric vehicles of other types may refer to this standard.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the special safety requirements for M -hybrid electric vehicles (see definitions in GB/T 19596 for the hybrid electric vehicles).
