GB/T 23443-2024 Aluminium panels for building decoration
1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, code and designation, raw materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and accompanying documents of aluminium panels for building decoration.
This document is applicable to aluminium panel for indoor and outdoor decoration of buildings.

For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
aluminium panel
single-layer board for building decoration, which is made of aluminum or aluminum alloy sheets (strips) as the substrate, processed and formed, and has protective and decorative coating, anodized film and coating film on the exposed surface
3.2
fluorocarbon coating
coating formed by curing liquid or powder paint mainly consisting of fluorocarbon resin on a metal surface
Note: Fluorocarbon resins include polyvinylidene fluoride thermoplastic fluororesin (PVDF for short) or chlorotrifluoroethylene-vinyl ether (ester) fluoroethylene vinyl ether (FEVE for short).
3.3
polyester coating
coating formed by curing liquid or powder paint mainly consisting of polyester resin on a metal surface
3.4
ceramic coating
coating formed by baking and curing inorganic paint produced from metal oxide sol and hydrolyzable metal alkoxide by chemical reaction
3.5
anodized film
oxide film formed on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloy by anodizing treatment
4 Classification, code and designation
4.1 Classification and code
4.1.1 Classification by material of exposed surface:
a) Fluorocarbon, with the code of FC;
b) Polyester, with the code of PET;
c) Ceramic, with the code of CC;
d) Anodized film, with the code of AF.
4.1.2 Classification by processing technology of exposed surface:
a) Roller coating, with the code of GT;
b) Liquid coating, with the code of YPT;
c) Powder coating, with the code of FPT;
d) Anodic oxidation, with the code of YH;
e) Film, with the code of FM.
4.1.3 Classification by service environment:
a) Outdoor: with the code of W;
b) Indoor: with the code of N.
4.1.4 Classification by natural weather resistance:
a) Class I;
b) Class II;
c) Class III.
4.2 Designation
Aluminium panel shall be designated in the sequence of product name, service environment, exposed surface material, processing technology, substrate thickness, aluminum grade and standard number. Aluminum grade shall be designated according to the provisions of GB/T 16474.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.

aluminium panel
single-layer board for building decoration, which is made of aluminum or aluminum alloy sheets (strips) as the substrate, processed and formed, and has protective and decorative coating, anodized film and coating film on the exposed surface

coating formed by curing liquid or powder paint mainly consisting of fluorocarbon resin on a metal surface

4 Classification, code and designation
