1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of cleaning agent products for fruit and vegetable.
This standard is applicable to the cleaning agent mainly made of surfactant and additives for cleaning fruits and vegetables.

3 Requirements
3.1 Material requirements
The biodegradability of surfactants used in the product formula of cleaning agent for fruit and vegetable shall not be less than 90%; the used material shall make the acute oral toxicity LD50 of product formula of cleaning agent for fruit and vegetable greater than 5 000 mg/kg; the used preservative, colorant and essence shall comply with the relevant application requirements of GB 14930.1.
