bedding for infants
the bedding used for infants not older than 36 month old, including sheet, quilt cover, quilt, pillow, pillowslip, cushion, cushion cover, bumper, mattress cover, wrap, etc.
3.2
attached components
the components of textile product, for connecting, decorating and labeling, securing, etc.

cords and drawstrings
cords, drawstrings and loops, etc. which are made of various woven or non-woven materials and with or without ornaments.

4 Requirements
4.1 Products, by quality, are classified into high grade, first grade and acceptable grade.
4.2 The quality of product covers inherent quality (including safety performance, physical and chemical properties), apparent quality and technical quality.
4.3 In the meaning of inherent quality, the safety performance shall comply with Table 1.

Note: Treatment for flame retarding is not recommended to woven bedding for infants. Flame retarding treatment, if performed, shall comply with relevant laws, regulations and mandatory standards of the nation.

4.5 Permanent labels shall be located in a position with no direct contact with skin.
