Figure 1 Coding Rules for Test Items 4.2 Judgment criteria According to Annex A, if all corresponding test items of tested supply equipment meet the requirements, then the product is regarded as qualified, otherwise unqualified. 4.3 Test sequence Charging interoperability test sequence (see Figure 2): a) The inspection unit shall provide the materials to prove that the charging connector equipped for the tested supply equipment meets the requirements of 5.5.1, or the inspection organization rechecks it according to the requirements of 6.2; b) When the tested supply equipment is an off-board charger (hereinafter referred to as the charger), the communication protocol conformance test is carried out according to the requirements of GB/T 34658; c) When the tested supply equipment is an off-board charger, the DC charging interoperability test is carried out according to the requirements of 6.3; when the tested supply equipment is AC charging pile or IC-CPD (hereinafter referred to as charging pile), AC charging interoperability test is carried out according to the requirements of 6.4. Figure 2 Test Sequence 5 Test Conditions 5.1 Environmental conditions Normal test environment conditions: a) Ambient temperature: +15℃~+35℃; b) Relative humidity: 45%~75%; c) Atmospheric pressure: 86kPa~106kPa. 5.2 Power supply conditions The power supply conditions during the test are: a) Frequency: 50Hz±0.5Hz; b) AC power voltage: 220V/380V, with allowable deviation of ±5%. 5.3 Requirements for instruments and apparatuses used Unless otherwise specified, the precision of instrument and apparatus used during the test shall meet the following requirements: a) The precision of common instrument (digital) shall be selected according to Table 1 based on the error of measured value; b) Instrument measuring the time: where the measuring time is greater than 1s, the relative error shall not be greater than 0.5%; where it is not less than 1s, the relative error shall not be greater than 0.1%; c) The range and precision of the instrument and apparatus used shall be selected according to the actual conditions of the measurement; the instrument and apparatus used shall pass the metrological verification or calibration, and the certificate shall be valid.
