b) in case of change in and impact on product performance due to the changes in design, process or major components, type tests shall be conducted before the products are into production; c) for products that have been discontinued for more than two years, type tests shall be conducted before they are put into production again. 4.1.2 End-of-manufacturing inspection Each product shall be subject to end-of-manufacturing inspection. Only after being confirmed by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, can it leave the factory with a certificate proving that the product is qualified. 4.1.3 Arrival acceptance The receiving unit should inspect the received products before use, and the products can only be put into use after passing the acceptance. The specific acceptance sampling plan shall be decided by each receiving unit voluntarily. 4.2 Test items The test items of chargers are shown in Table 1. Table 1 Test items of chargers
