4 Inspection rules
4.1 Inspection classification
The inspection of products can be classified intro type inspection, end-of-manufacturing inspection and arrival inspection.
4.1.1 Type test
In the following cases, the products must be subject to type test:
a) products newly put into production (including products produced at transferred factories) shall be subjected to type test before production appraisal;
b) in case of change in and impact on product performance due to the changes in design, process or major components, type tests shall be conducted before the products are into production;
c) for products that have been discontinued for more than two years, type tests shall be conducted before they are put into production again.
4.1.2 End-of-manufacturing inspection
Each product shall be subject to end-of-manufacturing inspection. Only after being confirmed by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, can it leave the factory with a certificate proving that the product is qualified.
4.1.3 Arrival acceptance
The receiving unit should inspect the received products before use, and the products can only be put into use after passing the acceptance. The specific acceptance sampling plan shall be decided by each receiving unit voluntarily.
4.2 Test items
The test items of chargers are shown in Table 1.
