NB/T 10905-2021 Fault classification and code of charging facilities for electric vehicles
1 Scope
This document specifies the fault classification and code of charging facilities for electric vehicles, including fault classification, fault grade classification, fault coding and fault information transmission of charging facilities.
This document is applicable to the design, operation, maintenance and overhaul of charging facilities such as off-board chargers, AC charging spots, energy storage and charging spots, charging and discharging equipment, battery swap infrastructure and wireless power transfer equipment for electric vehicles.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 29317 and T/CEC 102.1 and the following apply.
3.1
charging facilities
general term for related facilities that provide electric energy for electric vehicles by vehicle charging mode, including charging stations and dispersal charging facilities
3.2
charging station
special place to provide charging service for electric vehicles, which consists of several centralized charging equipment under local centralized management, as well as related power supply equipment, monitoring equipment, supporting facilities, etc.
3.3
dispersal charging facilities
facilities for providing electric energy for electric vehicles, including charging equipment, power-supply system and supporting facilities, which are built in combination with parking spaces in users' places of residence, unit parking lots, parking lots in public buildings, social public parking lots, on-road temporary parking spaces, etc.
3.4
off-board charger
special device, fixedly connected to AC or DC power supply and converting the electric energy to the DC electric energy, that charges the swappable battery system of electric vehicle by conduction, which is called charger for short
3.5
AC charging spot
special power supply device that provides AC power for electric vehicles with on-board charging devices by conduction
3.6
power-supply system
system consisting of power equipment and distribution lines that provide power for charging stations/battery swap stations
3.7
charging and battery swap operation and service platform
system which realizes business service, dispatching management, operation monitoring, data collection, statistical analysis and operation decision-making of businesses related to electric vehicle charging and battery swap, provides information service for networked electric vehicle drivers, and may consist of charging and battery swap monitor platform, charging and battery swap service platform, charging and battery swap service client, etc.
