1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, model, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of wheeled loader.
This standard is applicable to wheeled loader specified in GB/T 8498 (hereinafter referred to as loader), and can be used as a reference for other types of loaders.

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 8498, GB/T 25602 and GB/T 25604 apply.
4 Model
The product model of the loader shall meet the requirements of JB/T 9725 or be determined by the manufacturer.
5 Requirements
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 The loader shall be capable of normal operation under such ambient conditions that the ambient temperature is -15℃ ~ +40℃ and the altitude is not greater than 2000m.
5.1.2 The construction of the loader should consider the possibility of replacement of various working devices or accessory devices.
5.1.3 The assembly quality of the loader shall meet the requirements of JB/T 5945.
5.1.4 The coating quality of the loader shall meet the requirements of JB/T 5946.
5.1.5 The operator manual of the loader shall meet the requirements of GB/T 25622.
5.1.6 The capacity of the fuel tank for the loader shall ensure no less than 10h of continuous operation under normal operating conditions.
5.1.7 The calibration of the loader bucket capacity shall meet the requirements of GB/T 21942.
5.1.8 See Annex A for a list of basic parameters of the loader.
5.1.9 The special requirements of the loader (if any) can be determined by the supplier and the purchaser through consultation.
5.2 Performance requirements
5.2.1 The hydraulic system of the loader shall meet the requirements of GB/T 3766. The maximum temperature rise and maximum temperature of the hydraulic oil shall be within the allowable range for normal working of the loader.
5.2.2 The solid particle pollution level in the hydraulic oil of the loader hydraulic system shall not exceed the code in GB/T 14039-2002 as specified in Table 1.

5.2.3 The code for solid particle pollution level in the oil of the loader torque converter and transmission system shall not exceed -/20/17 specified in GB/T 14039-2002.
5.2.4 During the entire delivery inspection or type inspection (excluding reliability test) , the complete machine shall be free from oil and water leakage.
5.2.5 The settlement of hydraulic cylinder of the loader shall meet the requirements of Table 2.
