If the high-voltage connection system can be manually disconnected without tools, the protection grade of each part of the non-connected high-voltage connection system shall meet IPXXB. 4.2.3 As for high-voltage connection system with high-voltage interlock function, the power terminal and signal/control terminal of the system shall meet the following conditions: ——when the high voltage connection system is connected, the power terminal is turned on first, and the signal/control terminal is turned on later; ——when the high voltage connection system is disconnected, the signal/control terminal is disconnected first, and the power terminal is disconnected later. 4.2.4 The connection position of the cable crimping, screw connection, welding, etc. of the high-voltage connection system shall be free of connection defects such as looseness and breakage. 4.2.5 If the high voltage connection system has a shielding layer, it shall have a groundable structure. 4.3 Working environment 4.3.1 The temperature of the working environment of the high-voltage connection system shall meet those specified in Table 1.   Table 1 Ambient temperature Temperature gradinga Temperature scopeb Example of applicable location T1 -40℃~+75℃ Other areas or locations except T2, T3 T2 -40℃~+105℃ Direct light position in the passenger compartment, heat dissipation position outside the cabin, etc. T3 -40℃~+125℃ Near the engine, exhaust pipe or other heat source a When the high-voltage connection system is connected to parts of different temperature environments, it shall meet the relevant requirements of the more severe temperature level. b If the product is subject to thermal insulation in use position , the temperature scope can be negotiated. 4.3.2 The high-voltage connection system shall meet the working environment requirements of relative humidity of 5% to 95%. 4.3.3 The high-voltage connection system shall meet the vibration environment requirements of the connected high-voltage components. 4.4 Parts in the system In high-voltage connection systems, some requirements for high-voltage connectors are given in Annex A, while some requirements for high-voltage cables are given in Annex B. 5 Electrical performance 5.1 Voltage resistance The voltage of voltage resistance test shall be withstand between the conductors, between the conductor and the outer casing, between the conductor and the shielding layer in the high voltage connection system, without dielectric breakdown or arcing. 5.2 Insulation resistance The insulation resistance between the conductors, between the conductor and the outer casing, and between the conductor and the shielding layer in the high voltage connection system shall not be less than 100 MΩ. 6 Physical performance 6.1 Temperature rise When the high-voltage connection system is working normally, the temperature rise of each point of the system shall not exceed 55 K.
