Soft nonwoven towels
1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, identification and packaging, transportation and storage of soft nonwoven towels.
This document is applicable to dry wipes for cleaning human skin, which are made of textile fibers and processed by non-woven technology.

4 Requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 Soft nonwoven towels shall not use any recycled raw materials, and shall not use toxic and harmful raw materials.
4.1.2 The additive for soft nonwoven towels shall meet the requirements of Clauses 2 and 3 of Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics (Edition 2015).
4.2 Inherent quality
