GB/T 5009.152-2003 Determination of residual acrylonitrile monomer in styrene-acrylonitrile copolymers and rubber-modified acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resins and their products used for foods pack (English Version)
Determination of residual acrylonitrile monomer in styrene-acrylonitrile copolymers and rubber-modified acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resins and their products used for foods pack
This standard specifies the determination of residual acrylonitrile in acrylonitrile-styrene copolymers (AS) and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymers (ABS) through the method of headspace gas chromatography (HP-GC).
This standard is applicable to the determination of residual acrylonitrile monomer in acrylonitrile-styrene and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resins and their products and also the determination of residual acrylonitrile monomer in rubber-modified acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resins and their products.
Detection limit of this method: 0.5mg/kg for nitrogen phosphorus detector (NPD) and 2.0mg/kg for flame ionization detector (FID).
