1 Scope
This standard specifies determination methods of trifluralin residues in soybean, peanut, soybean oil and peanut oil.
This standard is applicable to the determination of trifluralin residues in soybean, peanut, soybean oil and peanut oil.
The detection limit of this method is 0.001μg and the linear range is 0.01μg/mL~0.10μg/mL.
2 Principle
After the trifluralin in specimen is extracted with methanol or acetone, it undergoes liquid-liquid split and Florisil column purification; then it is determined by gas chromatograph with electron capture detector and quantify with external standard method.
3 Reagents
3.1 Methanol: redistill with all-glass distiller.
3.2 Acetone: redistill with all-glass distiller.
