5 Detailed requirements
5.1 See Figure 1 for the basic thread form and tolerance zone position:

5.2 Labeling example of threads is as follows:
It is represented by letters "ST" and "nominal diameter× pitch-tolerance zone”

5.3 The dimension and limit deviation of basic thread form shall meet those specified in Table 1.
5.4 The limit deviation of thread diameter is calculated starting from the basic thread form line in the direction perpendicular to the axis of thread.
5.5 The deviation on the major diameter of the thread is not specified, and shall be guaranteed by the thread tool.
5.6 The lower deviation of thread pitch diameter includes its dimension deviation and the compensation value of pitch and threads form half angle error, while the upper deviation is its deviation. Check and guarantee the deviation with limit plug gauge.
