Alkali proteinase for detergent
1 Subject content and applicable scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test method, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of alkali proteinase for detergent.
This standard is applicable to alkali proteinase for detergent, which is prepared through submerged culture and purification of Bacillus licheniformis No.2709 and CW301, Alkaliphilic Bacillus Pumilus No.SMJ and Bacillus subtilis NO.CW302).
2 Normative references
QB/T 1803 General methods of determination for industrial enzymes
QB/T 1804 General principles of inspection and mark, packing, transport and storage for industrial enzymes
3 Product classification
Products are classified into solid enzymes and liquid enzymes according to forms.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Appearance requirements
4.1.1 Solid enzymes are irregular spherical or short-rod-particles, which are free of agglomeration and soluble in water. Turbidity caused by non-enzyme components does not affect the activity of enzymes in solution.
