1 Scope
This Specification specifies the requirements for classification and code, dimension, shape, weight, technical requirements, inspection and test, packaging, marking and inspection documents of cold rolled low carbon steel plate and strip for cold forming.
This Specification is applicable to cold rolled low carbon steel plate and strip with thickness of 0.17 mm ~ 3.5 mm produced by Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as steel plate and strip).

3 Classification and Code
3.1 Steel plate and steel strip distinguished by purpose shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 1.
3.2 Steel plate and steel strip distinguished by surface quality shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 2.
3.3 Steel plate and steel strip distinguished by surface structure shall be in accordance with those specified in Table 3.
