1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labelling, packaging, storage and transportation for dried sea cucumber.
This standard is applicable to dried sea cucumber made with stichepus japonicus as material through such procedures as viscera removal, cooking thoroughly and drying. Dried sea cucumber made of other sea cucumber may refer to this standard.
