1 Scope
This standard specifies the construction technical requirements and quality acceptance standards for the centrifugal compressor unit installation, turbine installation, expander installation, motor installation, auxiliary facility and pipes installation, test run of the unit, etc. in petrochemical industry.
This standard is applicable to the construction and acceptance of centrifugal compressor units driven by one or more types of motors, turbines or expanders in new construction, expansion and renovation projects of petrochemical, coal chemical and natural gas chemical industries.

3 Basic requirement
3.1 The unit installation shall meet the requirements of the product technical documents, or this standard if not specified in the product technical documents.
3.2 In addition to the provisions of this standard, the general technical requirements for the construction and acceptance of units, auxiliary facility and pipes shall also meet the requirements of SH/T 3538.
3.3 The construction and acceptance of civil engineering, piping, auxiliary equipment, electrical, instrumentation, corrosion prevention, thermal insulation and other projects of the unit shall not only meet the requirements of design documents and this standard, but also comply with corresponding professional construction and acceptance standards.
3.4 The safety technology and labor protection for unit construction shall comply with GB 50484, and the site shall be provided with corresponding safety and environmental protection measures such as fire prevention, gas prevention, wind prevention, waterproofing, anti-freezing and dust prevention, explosion prevention, etc.
3.5 The unit installation with plate or pads, without plate or pads and with anchor bolt shall be in accordance with SH/T 3538.
3.6 See Annex A for the mudjack installation method with plate or pads and Annex B for the supporting bracket plasma installation method.
3.7 Lifting of baseplates, machines, parts and components shall meet the following requirements:
a) machinery fixtures for lifting of parts and components shall pass the inspection and meet the service conditions;
b) the baseplates shall be lifted at specified lifting point, and a balance beam shall be used to prevent deformation;
c) the rotors should be lifted with a special lifting appliance, and they shall be kept horizontal in the axial direction in the lifting process.
d) the machines shall be lifted according to the lifting signs, and the hoisting construction shall be in accordance with SH/T 3536.
3.8 Cleaning of parts and components shall not only comply with SH/T 3538, but also meet the following requirements:
a) the disassembled parts and components shall be placed in an orderly manner, well marked and property kept;
b) the parts and components should be cleaned with special cleaning agent, but not gasoline.
c) precision parts and rolling bearings should not be cleaned by steam purging;
d) the rotating and sliding components of the unit shall not rotate or slide before cleaning of the anti-rust grease;
e) the parts and components cleaned by low pressure steam purging shall be dried after purging;
f) the cleaned parts and components shall be properly placed and kept;
g) the waste cleaning agents shall be recycled in a centralized manner and meet relevant environment protection requirements.
3.9 The monitoring elements of the unit shall be installed after they are qualified in checking.
3.10 Connecting bolts for components with working temperature of 250℃ or above shall be coated with anti-seizure agent, and common anti-seizure agent shall be selected according to SH/T 3538.
3.11 Before the unit body is closed, the internal cleanliness shall be inspected and the relevant clearance value shall be confirmed. Concealed work records shall be made well, and shall be confirmed with signature by the development/supervision organization.
3.12 After the unit is assembled, all flanges or joints shall be closed.
3.13 The dominant items for quality acceptance of this standard are: machine installation, unit alignment, unit grouting, overhauling and reassembling, oil system flushing, and test run of the unit.
4 Construction preparation
4.1 Technical preparation
4.1.1 The following technical documents shall be provided before the construction:
a) design documents, including layout plan, installation drawing, machine foundation drawings and construction drawings of relevant specialties;
b) product technical documents, including end-of-manufacturing certificate and quality certificates; quality inspection records and unit test reports; manufacturing supervision and inspection certificate, product certificate and manufacturer's manufacturing license of pressure vessel in auxiliary facility; installation and operation instructions; general assembly drawing of unit, main components drawing, wearing parts drawing, random piping drawing, layout drawing of auxiliary facility and packing list, etc.
c) technical agreement on product supply;
d) relevant standards;
e) construction technical documents.
4.1.2 Joint review on drawings shall be carried out before the unit construction.
4.1.3 The construction organization shall prepare the construction plan, and shall examine and approve it in accordance with SH/T 3550. Before implementation, technical disclosure shall be made to the personnel participating in the construction.
4.2 Site preparation
4.2.1 The site shall meet the following conditions before unit installation:
a) the foundation has been handed over and meets installation conditions, and main civil works related to the unit installation have been completed;
b) the site is level with unblocked roads and meets the conditions for overhauling, cleaning and reassembling;
c) construction water, electricity, gas, etc. meet the service conditions;
d) the lifting facilities meet the service conditions;
e) storage facilities for parts, components, tools, etc. are provided.
4.2.2 The installation of the unit building structure shall meet the conditions for hoisting and positioning of the unit.
4.2.3 The measuring instruments used in the unit installation shall be verified to be qualified and within the validity period, and their accuracy grade shall not be lower than that of the object under inspection.
5 Unit installation
5.1 Unpacking inspection
5.1.1 Unpacking inspection shall be jointly carried out by all parties organized by the procurement organization. During joint inspection, the following items shall be inspected according to the supply contract, design documents, product technical documents and packing list, and acceptance records shall be made:
a) case No., number of cases and packing condition;
b) location No., name, model, specification and quantity of machines and auxiliary facility;
c) types, specifications, appearance quality and quantity of parts and components, and auxiliary pipe components;
d) internal cleanliness of random oil system equipment and pipes;
e) technical documents of random products;
f) spare parts, special tools and consumables;
g) other conditions to be recorded.
5.1.2 After inspection, appropriate protective measures shall be taken for parts, components and spare parts, and they shall be properly kept.
5.1.3 Pipes, electrical, instrument and other equipment and accessories matched with the unit shall be inspected by corresponding specialized personnel.

3 Basic requirement
