Specification on handover technical documentation for petrochemical construction projects
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements of the technical documentations for the completion of petrochemical construction projects, such as design, procurement, construction, inspection, etc., which are formed during the process from project commencement to project completion and acceptance.
This standard is applicable to the preparation, sorting and delivery of handover technical documentations for newly constructed, extended and renovated petrochemical projects.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 50328, SH/T 3903 and SH/T 3904 apply.
3.1
handover technical documentation
general designation of technical documentations, such as the project realization process, evidence that the use function meets the requirements, and as-built drawings formed by the general project contractor or the contractors of design, procurement, construction and testing during the implementation of the construction project and handed over to the development organization during the project handover, which is an integral part of the filing of construction project documentations
3.2
original quality certificate
product quality certificate affixed with a special seal for inspection of manufacture or quality certificate or a continuous quality certificate affixed with a confirmation seal on a copy of the product quality certificate by the supplier or procurement organization
3.3
project management contractor
project management enterprise that provides project management services and undertakes corresponding management responsibilities for each stage of project implementation on behalf of the development organization, as agreed by the contract and authorized by the development organization, or the project management organization established with the approval of the development organization (including project management organizations under project management modes such as PM, PMC and IPMT)
3.4
as-built drawings
drawing that truly reflects the construction results of construction projects
