This specification is applicable to the construction quality acceptance of cast-in-situ concrete equipment foundations in petrochemical, coal chemical and natural gas chemical construction projects. 2 Normative references The following documents are indispensable for the application of this specification. Upon the completion of foundation construction and the installation of delivered equipment, the intermediate acceptance shall be carried out, and the equipment foundation grouting shall not be carried out until the equipment installation is qualified. 4.6 Unless otherwise specified in this specification, the inspection quantity from inspection lots shall meet the requirements of GB 50204. The dominant items shall meet the requirements of quality acceptance standards, and the qualified point rate of general items shall reach 80% or more without major defects. The deviation value shall not be greater than 1.5 times of the permissible deviation in this specification. 4.7 Materials used for engineering entities shall be subjected to site acceptance according to relevant standards. 4.8 The next working procedure shall not be allowed for concealed works without acceptance. 5 Foundation ditch 5.1 General provisions 5.1.1 Before the earthwork excavation of foundation ditch, the following data shall be available on the construction site: a) geotechnical engineering investigation data of construction sites within the construction area; b) approved construction technical documents; c) data of buildings (structures) and underground buried materials adjacent to the construction area; d) ground treatment acceptance data of the construction area; e) positioning and retest confirmation data; f) earth-moving license approved by the construction organization. 5.1.2 The acceptance of foundation ditch positioning & surveying shall meet the requirements of GB 50026. The measurement of foundation construction deformation shall meet the requirements of JGJ 8. The measurement results of the construction organization shall be confirmed by independent retest of the construction/supervision organization. 5.1.3 The excavation and filling of the foundation ditch of special soils such as expansive soil and collapsible loess shall meet the requirements of GB 50112, JGJ 79 and JGJ 167. 5.1.4 Safety measures for protecting the surrounding facilities and environment shall be taken for the earthwork excavation and filling work. 5.1.5 Drainage and dewatering measures shall be taken for the foundation ditch according to the engineering geology and the excavation depth. 5.1.6 Special construction scheme shall be compiled for seasonal earthwork construction, and shall meet the requirements of relevant specifications. 5.2 Earthwork excavation of foundation ditch Dominant items 5.2.1 The sequence and method of earthwork excavation shall be consistent with the conditions of the design construction period, and follow the principle of "grooving support, supporting before excavation, layered excavation, and no over-excavation".
