Introduction of TB/T 2945-1999

1 Scope This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, quality certificate, quality assurance, etc. of LZ50 steel axle and steel billet for rolling stock. This standard is applicable to the manufacture, order and inspection of LZ50 steel axle and steel billet for rolling stock. 2 Normative References The following standards contained provisions which, through reference in this standard, constitute provisions of this standard. At the time of publication, all editions indicated are valid. All standards are subject to revision, and parties to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the latest editions of the following standards. The certification of qualification as a manufacturer of LZ50 steel axle and steel billet shall be organized by MOR’s competent business department which represents users. Experts entrusted by MOR’s competent business department will regularly or irregularly carry out quality inspection on the LZ50 steel axle and steel billet produced by the factory with production qualification, and will regularly carry out reinspection on the production qualification of such factory.
