For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 3291.1, GB/T 3291.3, GB/T 4146.1 and GB/T 4146.3 as well as the following apply.

strength at 300% elongation
strength of the specimen when stretched to 300% of the initial length
4 Principle
Under the specified conditions, the specimen is pulled off with a constant-rate-of-extension (CRE) strength tester to determine the breaking force, elongation at break and load at specified elongation.
