Introduction of GB 10783-2008
本标准代替GB 10783-1996《食品添加剂 辣椒红》。
本标准规定了食品添加剂辣椒红的技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输及贮存等要求。
本标准适用于以辣椒果皮及其制品为原料、经萃取、过滤、浓缩、脱辣椒素等工艺制成的辣椒红，可以用食用油脂调整色价。
本标准与GB 10783-1996相比，主要修改如下：
——对辣椒素指标进行了修订；
——取消了原标准中灰分和重金属指标，增加了铅指标。
