Introduction of GB/T 11017.2-2014

1 Scope This part of GB/T 11017 specifies the basic structure, model designation, technical requirements, test and acceptance rules, packaging, transportation and storage of copper core and aluminum core cross-linked polyethylene insulation power cables with rated voltage of 110kV (Um=126kV). This part applies to single-core power cables used in normal installation and operation conditions, but not to cables used in special conditions, such as submarine cables. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. Usually, the metal layer is bonded with the polyethylene (PE) sheath to form a metal composite PE sheath.
