本标准参考了IEC 60960(1988)《核电厂安全参数显示系统的功能设计准则》。
本标准代替GB/T 13624-1992《核电厂安全参数显示系统的功能设计准则》。
本标准规定了核电厂安全参数显示系统（SPDS）的功能设计准则。
本标准适用于核电厂安全参数显示系统的设计。
本标准与GB/T 13624-1992相比主要变化如下：
ａ）删除第2章对标准GB 12172的引用；
