Introduction of GB/T 19862-2005

1 Scope This standard specifies the general requirements for monitoring equipments of power quality. This standard is applicable to the following indoor equipments monitoring the power quality of AC power systems and their equipments. ——Stationary monitoring equipment; ——Portable monitoring equipment. 2 Normative References The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. [GB 12326-2000, 3.8] 3.5 Flicker It refers to the visual sense caused by instable lighting illumination. [GB l2326-2000, 3.9] 3.6 Unbalance factor Unblanced degree of three-phase in the three-phase power system and shall be represented by root mean square value percentage of negative sequence component and positive sequence component of voltage or current.
