Introduction of GB/T 20194-2006

本标准规定了饲料中淀粉含量的旋光测定法。本方法不适用于含有在分析过程中具有光学活性，且不溶于40%乙醇的淀粉以外的其他物质的产品，如马铃薯浆，甜菜的丝、叶、根、冠母，大豆产品，羽扇豆、富含葡萄糖的产品，如菊苣根和菊芋等，此时可用酶法测定淀粉含量。直链淀粉超过40%时，不宜用本法测定淀粉含量，如高直链玉米淀粉HylonⅤⅡ。
