This part is applicable to valve-regulated lead-acid batteries (hereinafter referred to as batteries) and battery packs with capacity of 28Ah and below for electric bicycles, electric scooters, electric balance vehicles, electric wheelchairs, etc., which are mainly powered by batteries. The sulfuric acid electrolyte in a battery is non-liquid, but adsorbed to the microporous structure between electrodes or in the form of a colloid. This part is not applicable to lead-acid batteries and battery packs for other purposes such as starting, electric road vehicles and traction. 2 Normative References The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document.
