本标准规定了测定淀粉及其衍生物中二氧化硫含量的酸度法和浊度法。
本标准适用于淀粉及其衍生物二氧化硫含量的测定。酸度法适用于二氧化硫含量高于16mg/kg的样品，浊度法适用于二氧化硫含量低于16mg/kg的样品。
本标准和GB/T 12094-1989相比主要修改如下：
