This standard specifies the principle of determination of benza(a)pyrene of animal and vegetable fats and oils with reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography method, reactant and material, instrument and equipment, collection method, preparation of the sample, operation procedure, the express and precision of test result, and so on.
This standard is applicable to the animal and vegetable fats and oils.
The minimum detection limit of methods stated in this standard: 0.1μg/kg.
Measurement range of this standard: 0.1μg/kg~50μg/kg.
