GB/T 25915.6-2010 Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments - Part 6: Vocabulary
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 25915 establishes a vocabulary of terms and definitions related to cleanrooms and associated controlled environments. This part of GB/T 25915 is a compendium of the terms and definitions given in the other parts of GB/T 25915. It also includes the terms and definitions given in GB/T 25916.1 and GB/T 25916.2.
2 Terms and definitions
