GB/T 2650-2008 Impact test methods on welded joints
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for sampling, notch orientation and test report of impact tests on welded butt joint.
This standard is applicable to the impact tests on metallic joints made by fusion weld and pressure weld.

3 Principle
Impact testing shall be in accordance with GB/T 229. In addition to the requirements of GB/T 229, the notch position may be located by macroetching.
