GB/T 32960.3-2025 Technical specifications for remote service and management system for electric vehicles — Part 3: Communication protocol and data format 1 Scope This document specifies the protocol structure, communication connection, structure and definition of data package as well as format and definition of data unit in remote service and management system for electric vehicles. This part is applicable to the connection and communication between platforms and on-board terminal to platform in remote service and management system for electric vehicles. 2 Normative references The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document.
