GB/T5275的本部分规定了用膜渗透的动态体积法制备校准用混合气体的方法。用这种方法制备的校准用混合气体的组分的摩尔分数范围为10-9~10-6,其相对扩展不确定度为2.5%。由于在这样低的范围内要保持校准用混合气体的组分含量稳定不变是困难的,因此校准用混合气体应在临用时制备,并且输送管路应尽量短。该技术已在制备低含量的校准用混合气体如空气中的SO2、NO2、C2H6等领域得到成功应用。
当载气流量测定结果为气体质量流量时,用渗透管制备校准用混合气体组分的方法即为动态体积法且该法给出组分的含量为摩尔分数的形式。
