本标准是对ＧＢ／Ｔ５５１１—１９８５《粮食、油料检验　粗蛋白质测定法》的修订。本标准规定了用凯氏法测定谷物、豆类及衍生产品中氮含量的测定方法和粗蛋白质含量的计算方法。本标准自实施日期起代替ＧＢ／Ｔ５５１１—１９８５。本方法不能区分蛋白质氮和非蛋白质氮。如果测定非蛋白质氮含量非常重要，可以使用其他合适的方法。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ５５１１—１９８５相比主要变化如下：
