Tank containers for refrigerated liquefied gas
1 Scope
1.1 This standard specifies the requirements for materials, design, fabrication, test methods, inspection rules, marking and identification, ex-factory documents, storage and transportation of tank containers for refrigerated liquefied gas (hereinafter referred to as tank containers).
1.2 This standard is applicable to tank containers of which the design pressure of the tank inner vessel is not less than 0.1MPa, the geometric volume is not less than 1m3, the vacuum powder insulation or high vacuum multilayer insulation structure is adopted, and the tank and the framework are permanently connected.
1.3 This standard is not applicable to the following tank containers:
a) tank container made of non-ferrous metal or non-metallic materials;
b) tank container filled with refrigerated liquefied gas contents with standard boiling point lower than -196℃;
c) tank container filled with toxic contents;
d) tank container with special requirements such as national defense military equipment.
1.4 Definition of scope
1.4.1 Tank containers applicable to this standard include tank, pipeline, safety accessories, instruments, filling and discharging accessories, pressure build coils, frameworks, supports, operation boxes, etc.
1.4.2 The tank is defined as follows:
a) the beveled end surface of the first circumferential joint of welded connection;
b) the first threaded joint end surface of the threaded joint between the tank and the external pipeline or safety accessories; the first flange sealing surface of flange connection;
c) the end cover and its fasteners of the tank opening part;
d) the connection weld between the tank and the non-pressure elements.
1.4.3 The pipeline includes all pipes and fittings connected to the tank.
1.4.4 Main pressure elements include the cylinder and seal head of the inner vessel, as well as pipes with the nominal diameter not less than 15mm, pipe sockets, flanges, flange cover plates, etc. in contact with the filling contents.
1.5 The requirements set forth in this standard are basic safety technical requirements, and the tank containers conforming to this standard may be suitable for road, railway or waterway transportation and combined transportation thereof.

mode of insulation by highly vacuuming the annular space of the tank equipped with multiple layers of screens against thermal radiation which are alternately insulated by insulation materials

mode of insulation by vacuuming the vacuum annular space of the tank filled with porous particle insulation materials
