1 Scope
This standard specifies the tech-regulations of label content and indication value judgment of fertilizer registration.
This standard is applicable to fertilizer and soil conditioning agent registered and sold within the territory of People's Republic of China.
This standard is not applicable to compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer and microbe fertilizer registered and sold within the territory of People's Republic of China.

3 General Regulations
3.1 Fertilizer registration label shall meet the regulations of "Fertilizer Registration Management Method".
3.2 One fertilizer registration certificate is allowed to have one or more product labels and difference in such aspects as a single nutrient content label, applicable scope, operating instructions, packing specification, etc. The label contents shall be identical and only an identical label shall be used.
