1 Scope
This standard specifies the grades, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation of flesh durian fruit [Durio Zibethinus (L.) Murr.].
This standard is applicable to fresh durian fruit.

3.1 Basic requirements
At all grades, fresh durian fruit shall comply with the following requirements:
— no insects, molds and other contaminants inside and outside the package;
— no odor caused by environmental pollution;
— no decay and mildew;
— no cracking fruit.
