1 Scope
This standard specifies the test principle, apparatus, test method, expression of result and test report for the fasteners of finished case and bag.
It is applicable to the test of magnetic and sticky fasteners of finished case and bag.
2 Principle
Simulate the use state of the case and bag using magnetic and sticky fasteners, and reciprocally open and close the fasteners for a predetermined number of times at a certain rate and a certain angle. Check the quality of fasteners and assembly.
3 Apparatus
3.1 Tester for fastener of case and bag
It shall include the components specified in 3.1.1~3.1.4 and is as shown in Figure 1.
3.1.1 Sample fixing device, which is composed of upper and lower sample holders. The upper sample holder (movable clamp) is used to fix the bag body (or cover) where the upper part of the fastener is located, and the lower sample holder is used to fix the bag body where the lower part of the fastener is located.
3.1.2 Opening and closing device, which is connected with the sample holder capable of controlling the movement speed, angle and stroke, so that the upper part of the fastener can be reciprocatingly opened and closed at a certain angle and the angular velocity of (600±10)°/min.
