1.0.2 This Specification is applicable to the design, construction, inspection and maintenance of permeable asphalt pavement in newly-built, extended and rebuilt urban road engineering.
1.0.3 Type of permeable asphalt pavement shall be selected in accordance with comprehensive factors such as geology, load, climate and construction.
1.0.4 Other than this Specification, design, construction, inspection and maintenance of permeable asphalt pavement shall also meet those specified in relevant current national standards.
