Grease-water separator for restaurant wastewater ENGLISH
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product labeling, structural style and parameters, service environment, requirements, test methods, and inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage with respect to grease-water separator for restaurant wastewater.
This standard applies to: the treatment of wastewater not more than 55m3/h, with the grease content of animal (vegetable) oil not more than 500mg/L, and the concentration of suspended substance not more than 600mg/L; design, manufacture and inspection of grease-water separator for restaurant wastewater with temperature not lower than 5℃.

For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
grease-water separator for restaurant wastewater (hereinafter referred to as "grease-water separator")
device for separating and collecting solid sewage and grease from restaurant wastewater, and discharging the treated wastewater into urban sewers
3.2
solid-liquid separating area
area where coarse sewage and fine particles are separated from wastewater and which comprises a separating area of solid-liquid interception and a gravity separating area
3.3
grease-water separating area
area where grease is separated from wastewater
