针对特定一般工业固体废物贮存和填埋发布的专用国家环境保护标准的，其贮存、填埋过程执行专用环境保护标准。
采用库房、包装工具（罐、桶、包装袋等）贮存一般工业固体废物过程的污染控制，不适用本标准，其贮存过程应满足相应防渗漏、防雨淋、防扬尘等环境保护要求。
