3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 7024, GB/T 7588.1-2020, GB/T 24474.1-2020 and GB/T 39172-2020 and the following apply.
3.1
traction lift
lift driven by friction between the suspension steel wire rope or coated rope (belt) and the traction sheave groove (surface) of the driving machine
3.2
composite filler weight
filler weight with a certain strength formed by mixing multiple materials in a certain proportion, filling them in a closed or partially closed box, and curing them
3.3
press filler weight
filler weight formed by metal materials such as iron filings, particle steel and color steel tile fragments through high temperature and high pressure
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The lift and all its parts and components shall be correctly designed, reasonably constructed, and meet the general technical specifications of mechanical, electrical and building structures.
4.1.2 The materials used for lift parts and components shall have sufficient strength during the expected life, and materials harmful to the environment and personnel health (such as asbestos, etc.) shall not be used.
4.1.3 The complete machine and its parts and components shall have good maintainability for easy inspection and maintenance, so as to ensure that they can maintain normal working conditions throughout their service life.
4.2 Normal use conditions
4.2.1 The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 1,000m. For lifts with an altitude exceeding 1,000m, the operating temperature rise and allowable temperature limits of the driving machine shall be corrected according to the requirements of GB/T 755; for those with an altitude exceeding 2,000m, the selection of low-voltage electrical appliances shall meet the requirements of GB/T 20645.
4.2.2 The ambient temperature in the well and machine space shall be maintained at 5°C to 40°C.
4.2.3 The relative air humidity at the installation site shall not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of 40°C. A higher relative humidity may be allowed at a lower temperature. For example, when the monthly average minimum temperature in the wettest month is 20°C, the monthly average maximum relative humidity in that month may reach 90%. It is necessary to consider the influence of humidity (including condensation) on electrical equipment and take corresponding measures.
4.2.4 The fluctuation of the power supply voltage relative to the rated voltage shall be within ±7%.
4.2.5 The ambient air shall not contain corrosive and flammable gases, and the pollution level shall not be higher than Grade 3 specified in GB/T 14048.1-2012.
4.3 Complete machine performance
4.3.1 When the power supply is at a rated frequency and the motor is applied with a rated voltage, the speed of the lift car under half load ascending and descending to the middle of the stroke (excluding acceleration and deceleration sections) shall not be greater than 105% and shall not be less than 92% of the rated speed.
4.3.2 The maximum absolute values of starting acceleration and braking deceleration of passenger lifts (see 5.2.2 of GB/T 24474.1-2020) shall not exceed 1.5 m/s2.
4.3.3 The A95 acceleration and deceleration values (see 5.2.3 of GB/T 24474.1-2020) shall not be less than 0.50 m/s2 when the rated speed of the passenger lift is 1.0 m/s
