1 Scope
This standard specifies technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, operation instructions and marking, packaging, transportation and storage for crawler cranes.
This standard is applicable to hydraulic crawler crane powered by internal-combustion engine (hereinafter referred to as "crane").

3 Terms and Definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions specified in GB/T 6974.1 and GB/T 6974.6 and those listed below apply.
3.1
Luffing jib
The fly jib whose included angle with main jib can be changed during operation process
3.2
Fixed jib
The fly jib whose included angle with main jib cannot be changed during operation process
3.3
Main jib mast
The mast, hinged with rotary table, that steel wire rope can change included angle of main jib through the pulley block on its head.
3.4
Fly jib mast
The mast, hinged with the hinge on the end of main jib or located adjacent to the hinge on the end of main jib, that steel wire rope can change included angle of fly jib through the pulley block on its head.
3.5
Superlift mast
The mast, hinged with rotary table on one end and connected with main jib and superlift counterweight through pulling plate (or pulling rope) on the other end, that can change operating range of boom and improve lifting performance.
3.6
Superlift mechanism
The device that is equipped with superlift mast, superlift counterweight and auxiliary mechanism to improve force conditions of members and stability of complete machine, thus improving lifting performance.

3 Terms and Definitions
