——The limit requirements is modified, and "≤" is modified to "<"; the formaldehyde content limit of products that are not in direct contact with skin is modified from "300 mg/kg" to "150 mg/kg"; the color fastness to water of products for infants and young children is increased to Grade 3-4, and the limit value of o-phenylphenol in products for infants and young children and other products is modified from "50 mg/kg" and "100 mg/kg" to "10 mg/kg" and "25 mg/kg" respectively (see Table 1 of this document; Table 1 of Edition 2009);
——The test method of decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes in pure polyester fiber products is modified. The pretreatment is carried out according to Annex B of GB/T 17952-2011. If aniline or/and 1,4-phenylenediamine is detected, re-sampling and pretreatment shall be carried out according to Annex A of GB/T 23344-2009 (see 6.5 of this document; 6.9 of Edition 2009);
——The definition and description of 3.1 "ecological textile” is improved (see 3.1 of this document; 3.1 of Edition 2009).

ecological textiles
textiles that are harmless or less harmful to human health and the environment produced by using raw materials and production processes that are harmless or less harmful to the environment and human body
4 Product classification
According to the final use of products (including intermediate products in each stage of the production process), they are divided into four categories:
——Products for infants and young children: products only for infants and young children aged 36 months or less to wear or use;
Note: Products generally suitable for infants and young children with a height of 100cm and below to wear or use can be used as products for infants and young children.
——Products in direct contact with skin: Products (such as shirts, underwear, towels, bed sheets, etc.) in which a large part of area is in direct contact with human skin when worn or used;
——Products not in direct contact with skin: products (such as outerwear, etc.) that do not directly contact with skin or only have a small area in direct contact with human skin when worn or used;
——Decorative products: products used for decoration (such as tablecloths, wall covering, curtains, etc.).
