This standard is applicable to the inspection, acceptance and supervision inspection for rolling bearings and their commercial parts, bearing accessories by the following organizations or agencies:
a) Quality department in organizations of the supplier (the first party);
b) The purchaser or purchasing organization (the second party);
c) Independent verification authority or certification authority (the third party).
